Shipping is paused during unsafe temperatures:
• Above 98°F
• Below 44°F
We’ll resume shipping once conditions are safe. All shipments are scheduled case-by-case based on location and weather.

• We do not upcharge for shipping—your rate reflects:
• FedEx Priority Shipping, LAG insurance coverage, packaging and materials including temperature regulation.
LAG only applies to FedEx HUB delivery and pickup.
DOA Policy (Dead on Arrival)
If your spider arrives DOA, we’re here to help.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
1. Submit photo or video proof within 3 hours of your package being marked “Ready for Pickup”
2. The image must include:
• The spider
• The original shipping box
• The visible FedEx label
⏰ Delayed pickup (over 3 hours after notification) will void the guarantee.
